5. The WCAA is not liable for any civil, criminal, or administrative consequences arising from the cardholder’s actions or omissions.

6. The cardholder remains solely responsible for the legality and propriety of their conduct while performing duties.

7. This card must be returned to WCAA on request, upon cessation of project/work tenure, or when otherwise directed.

8. Misuse, alteration, duplication, or sale of this card is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, civil liability, or criminal prosecution.

9. Display of this card does not entitle the bearer to access private property, restricted areas, or services beyond those expressly authorized by WCAA or third parties.

10. Third parties should verify the cardholder’s authority to represent WCAA before relying on any representations, commitments, or transactions.

11. WCAA makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the authenticity, condition, or suitability of this card for any particular purpose.

12. WCAA expressly disclaims liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from reliance on this card by any person or entity.

13. Any endorsement, agreement, or legal obligation purportedly entered into by the cardholder on behalf of WCAA is invalid unless confirmed in writing by an authorized WCAA signatory.

14. The card may contain personal data; processing, storage, or transfer of such data will comply with WCAA privacy policies and applicable laws.

15. WCAA reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or cancel this card at any time, with or without cause.
