BOA is a body of advisors of different ranks from various parts of globe whose primary role is to provide advisory if needed to internal stakeholders or external stakeholders.
BOA members shall have rights to mention their designation officially in their professional profiles and use same to enhance their professional profile

To provide advisory to top and mid level management if needed (Maximum dedication of 24 hours required per tenure (1 tenure is 6-12 months))

To attend at least 1 advisory board meeting in a year

To dedicate a minimum of 6 hours in per tenure (1 tenure is 6-12 months) if required on any global projects

To keep integrity and decorum of designation
1. Shall have rights to be employed in any other organisation, while holding the designation in WCAA
2. Voting rights for specific mentioned polls, accreditations, rankings etc as per ranking of advisor
3. Rights to use WCAA brand name with designation in profiles in professional networks, social media etc as well as in resume/cv
4. May obtain appreciation letter from WCAA on completion of at least 6 months of service
5. May apply for other roles or other departments on completion of at least 12 months of service
6. Associates shall have no liability for profit or loss of WCAA not pertaining to their actions
1. WCAA shall have rights to use the name/brand elements of person/organisation associated with WCAA for purpose of marketing in any media or documents/media content
2. There shall be no rights on company shares or other decision making powers or other powers until and unless mentioned in writing by WCAA officials
3. Ownership rights to WCAA including logo, brand name and other shall be only with WCAA and its associates shall be allowed only to use same in its original form only for purpose with goodwill and benefit to WCAA
4. The position shall be honorary and WCAA or its personal shall have no monetary or non monetary obligations to any personnel under any circumstances
5. No personnel without written consent of WCAA shall have rights to collect money or other benefits in name of WCAA or its personnel
6. WCAA holds rights to terminate position of any personnel associated with WCAA at any time with or without notice including situations where members/personnel are found guilty for bribery, money laundering, child labour, sexual harassment or any other crime as per legal system of any country/province
7. Any legal matters shall be under the jurisdiction of State Of Kerala, India
8. WCAA shall have rights to update on terms from time to time with or without notice to associated personnel
